• online ticket sales stop 2 hours before the performance, if the performance is not sold out you can still obtain tickets at the box office at the performance venue
• Secure payment via Visa/Eurocard or Bancontact.
• Your reservation will be confirmed immediately.
• You can print your tickets as a pdf, save them on your smartphone or in your Wallet.

During het TheaterFestival, the box office is open every day.

During the month of July, the ticket shop is on holiday and the box office is not available. Online booking remains possible. Do you still have an urgent question? Mail to info@theaterfestival.be. Please note that from 13 to 19 July het TheaterFestival is also on holiday. We will answer your question as soon as possible.

NMBS Discovery Ticket

Travel to het TheaterFestival with 50% discount thanks to the Discovery Ticket from SNCB.
Buy a ticket for a performance and use the unique code on your ticket for a return trip to Antwerp-Central, Antwerp-Berchem or Antwerp-South.

From 5 August onwards, surf to nmbs.be/discovery to buy your train ticket using the unique code you find on your hTF- ticket.

BLIND DATE

Going to a performance alone and like to chat afterwards about the show? We will match you with a conversation partner!

At each performance, a few of the best seats are reserved for a Blind Date. Sign in at the box office before the performance, get a seat number and take a seat. Your Blind Date will take the same steps and afterwards you can catch up in the foyer in the cosy tea corner where there will be cards to get the conversation going. Silences allowed!

BOX OFFICE

Buy tickets last minute at the box office in the theatre itself. The box office opens 1 hour before curtain-up and only sells tickets for the performance taking place there.
Payment can be made via Bancontact or Visa/MasterCard. Please note: no cash possible!

CANCELLATION

Tickets will be refunded only if a performance is cancelled and only by bank transfer.

PRICE CATEGORIES

Prize categories are personal and apply only on presentation of identity or student card.

DOUBLE VISION

Het TheaterFestival carefully put together three combinations of two performances each. Enjoy a 15% discount when you buy a Double Vision. How to proceed? Go to the performance page of one of the performances in your combination, click on the Double Vision category there and enjoy. Yay!

hTF-card

Hold your horses! A sentence you will never hear us say… Ride with us through the festival and go to 5 different performances for only 110 euros!

An hTF-card is strictly personal and is valid for one ticket per performance. After your purchase, you can choose one ticket for five performances where your basket will automatically calculates to 0 euro. The hTF-card will expire after ordering your fifth ticket. But the lanyard with pass that you can pick up at the ticket counter is forever. Buy your hTF-card here!

FestivALL

When purchasing your ticket, you can choose to make a solidarity contribution. With your donation, you contribute to a free ticket for people with a limited budget. More information on our accessibility page.

KIDS ALLOWED?

If you want to go to the show with your children, check on each programme page which shows are family-friendly.

EXTRA NEEDS?

When purchasing a ticket, you can indicate in the comments section whether you wish to make use of a hear aiding system, a wheelchair space, a seat at the front in case of a visual impairment, etc. We will provide you with a good seat and, if you wish, guidance. Please note: the toilet in Monty is not wheelchair-accessible.

MOBILE PHONES, VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHS

Turn off your mobile phone completely during the performance or turn on the flight mode. You are not allowed to take photos, sound or visual recordings of the performance.
