• Online ticket sales close 15 minutes after the start of the performance. Ideal for last-minute decision-makers and those who are still unsure. If the performance is not sold out, you can still purchase tickets at the evening box office at the venue.
• Secure payment via Visa/Eurocard or Bancontact.
• Your reservation is confirmed immediately.
• You can print your tickets as a PDF, save them on your smartphone, or store them in your Wallet.

UiTPAS Discount Rate
Citizens of Ghent who hold a UiTPAS pay 20% of the standard rate. This applies both online and at the ticket desk and evening box office.

hTF-card

Hold your horses! You won’t hear us say that. Gallop through the festival with us and see 5 performances for just €99!

An hTF pass is not personal and is valid for 5 tickets of your choice. After purchase, you can select one ticket for each of five performances. Your shopping cart will automatically show €0. The pass expires after you’ve selected your fifth ticket. Buy your hTF pass here!

DRAMA DATE

Curious to discover theatre but prefer not to go alone? Het TheaterFestival not only connects you to the most significant performances of the past season, but also to one another. Drama Date is here to spark real connections, offer surprising encounters, and give new friendships the chance to blossom.

What can you expect?

Spots are limited! Order your exclusive Drama Date ticket by selecting the ticket in the matching price category for the performance. A few days before the event, you’ll receive an email with all the details (don’t forget to check your spam!). That way, we ensure a unique experience.

Upon arrival, check in at the ticket desk and receive your personal welcome package. With a drink voucher, a mysterious gift, and your reserved seat number, your adventure begins. Your Drama Date follows the same path and sits beside you in the theatre.

After the show, you’re invited to continue the conversation in the foyer. Enjoy a lovely drink with your voucher and let the chats flow naturally.

FestivALL

When purchasing your ticket, you can choose to make a solidarity contribution. With your donation, you contribute to a free ticket for people with a limited budget. More information on our accessibility page.

CANCELLATION

Tickets will be refunded only if a performance is cancelled and only by bank transfer.

NMBS Discovery Ticket

Travel to het TheaterFestival with 50% discount thanks to the Discovery Ticket from SNCB.
When you purchase a ticket for a performance, you automatically receive a unique code on your ticket for a 50% discount for your round trip to Gent-Sint-Pieters. This code will be activated on the NMBS website starting from August 3.

KIDS ALLOWED?

If you want to go to the show with your children, check on each programme page which shows are family-friendly.

EXTRA NEEDS?

When purchasing a ticket, you can indicate in the comments section whether you wish to make use of a hear aiding system, a wheelchair space, a seat at the front in case of a visual impairment, etc. We will provide you with a good seat and, if you wish, guidance. For more information, please contact [email protected]. All Festival locations are accessible to wheelchair users unless specifically stated otherwise.

MOBILE PHONES, VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHS

Turn off your mobile phone completely during the performance or turn on the flight mode. You are not allowed to take photos, sound or visual recordings of the performance.
