Scene Change provides an opportunity for artists to enter into a dialogue about artistic and social themes across national borders, broaden networks, and gain insights into the performing arts in these three countries.

During the Here & Now Showcase in Edinburgh, HTF in Antwerp and NTF in Amsterdam, the Scene Change artists will engage with performances, discuss their artistic practices and connect with fellow creatives and arts professionals. The group, two artists from each country, will reflect on the performances from their personal perspectives and work practices, contextualizing within the international arts ecology. They will also share their critical observations and questions with the public through a reflective podcast.
